  After purchasing a set of so called lowered Lovell springs from this company and fitting same, I found these springs actually raised the vehicle slightly from factory height. Speaking to Tom, 16/4/18, I was asked: “Can you 100% say your springs have not sagged can you”? I replied: “ So you can say 100% they have sagged can you,”. Shortly after I spoke to Lance, apparently in charge.
  I was told that they can not be returned because they have been fitted to a car. I was told I need to measure the springs and get back to them.
  
  Today, 17/4/18, having a conversation with Lance, I informed him I spoke to Dept of Fair Trade and Wolfeys Auto 1 do in fact have a case to ansewer. I informed Lance of this and he mentioned to go ahead with the complaint. I was now informed that the springs could be returned and another set given to me at: “a reduced rate”. I then informed Lance I was not going to measure the springs as it would mean nothing if the measurements are in specification and simply the product is not doing what it is advertised to do. Lower the vehicle.
  
  Lance then insisted that today he would like to have an intelligent conversation with me. Nothing like being told by that you are not intelligent. I then informed Lance, probably best not to be beligerant to customers.
  
  He then hung the phone up on me.
  
  Do yourself a favour, instead of risk being insulted over the phone if you have an issue with parts from Wolfeys Auto 1 Newcastle, shop elswhere or just go online.

  Great bunch of guys with a truckload of knowledge.They even keep a lot of rare parts and rubbers for old Holdens and Fords. Heaps of tools monste range of oils. Call down and see the guys....if they haven't got it in stock they will order it in for you.

  Oh there service was all opposite than what i saw in the reviews. The guy who helped me was so helpful and their prices is suitable and the quality gonna check it after haha

  Hi ! Everyone....
  I highly recommend to shop at Auto One / Rare Spares Gateshead. Staff are always very helpful & easy to deal with.... I bought new chrome rocker covers for my beloved Torana yesterday at this store.
