  Rob and his team have always been helpful, friendly and down to earth. You won't find many other real estates like this one, but due to their small size they don't have an abundance of available properties, but I've always been satisfied with their professionalism and the few different properties I've rented from them in the past.

  They come of super nice and laid back to begin with. Then any maintenance to the house like a door not locking right, oven and hot plates not working. Are ignored or promised to be done and few months go by. You get sick of emailing them about it. Like one, the building had 4 units 8 people all up and we only had one red & yellow bin. When we complained, that each Tennant has the right to have their own red & yellow waste bin. They replaced the yellow bin, with a larger yellow bin. We rang up Fair trading, that each unit has the right to a red, yellow and green bin. We as a group received a email stating we must not be recycling enough. Two people in 4 units eacg, 8 people to share a tiny red bin and a little bit larger yellow bin. Totally unacceptable.
  
  If things changed it would be an absolutely amazing real estate. They are nice people and it could just be the owner not allowing stuff.

  Our current rental is managed through Rees, friendly and fair service.. very happy!
